Coin Dealer X (coindealerx.com) is a vetted dealer-to-dealer wholesale marketplace for bullion, catalog coins, and bulk lots. It is separate from your public ExtraCoins consumer storefront — wholesale buyers are approved dealers only.

Is Coin Dealer X included with SpotPro?

Yes. Active SpotPro subscribers receive Coin Dealer X wholesale access at no extra charge. Founding dealers on CDX may also qualify for free marketplace membership. Apply once on coindealerx.com; vetting typically takes 1–3 business days.

How does SpotPro inventory sync with Coin Dealer X?

Post or update wholesale offers from Current Inventory, Store Listings, or the Also list on Coin Dealer X checkbox when saving inventory. POS floor stock is the source of truth — checkout on CDX decrements the same quantity as in-store and ExtraCoins sales.

Do CDX wholesale sales show in SpotPro reports?

Yes. When you mark a CDX order paid, revenue records in pos_sales with source CDX so Transactions, Reports, and P&L include wholesale marketplace income alongside floor and web sales.

Does Coin Dealer X charge listing or commission fees?

No per-listing fees and no GMV commission on Coin Dealer X. Standard membership is a flat monthly rate after founding slots fill; SpotPro shops are included. Payments settle directly between dealers (wire, ACH, Zelle, cash, or optional card).
